Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, it built a national anesthesia practice-management model spanning clinical staffing, department optimization, operational support, financial management, and accreditation support. The company reportedly worked with more than 180 providers across 10 states before being acquired by TeamHealth in January 2010.
