Antares Management Solutions was a healthcare-focused information technology and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider based in Westlake, Ohio. Originally established as a subsidiary of Medical Mutual of Ohio, the company specialized in delivering comprehensive administrative and IT services to the health insurance industry, including claims processing, member enrollment, and data center management. Their service suite was designed to streamline the operational complexities of healthcare payers and providers through proprietary software and managed services. In 2012, the company was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), which sought to bolster its healthcare BPO portfolio and expand its footprint in the payer market. Following the acquisition, Antares' specialized healthcare capabilities were integrated into CSC's global IT services framework, which later became part of DXC Technology.
