Anthelio Healthcare Solutions was a U.S. healthcare technology and services company focused on hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare providers rather than a drug-development biotech pipeline. The company provided healthcare IT outsourcing, managed infrastructure and hosting, electronic health record support, revenue cycle management, health information management, coding, transcription, and related business process services. It was positioned as a large independent provider of end-to-end healthcare technology solutions in North America before being acquired by Atos in 2016. Following the acquisition, Anthelio ceased to operate as an independent company and its capabilities were folded into Atos's healthcare services business.
