ANZCO Foods is a New Zealand-based beef and lamb processor, food manufacturer, and exporter that also operates an animal-derived healthcare and bioscience business. The company runs an integrated supply chain from livestock procurement through processing, manufacturing, and global distribution, selling into more than 80 countries. In addition to core red meat and meal solutions, its ANZCO Bioscience operations supply animal sera, purified animal proteins, enzymes, and biomaterials for biotech, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, veterinary, vaccine, research, and nutritional applications. ANZCO Foods is privately held and fully owned by Japan's Itoham Yonekyu Holdings.
