Apogem Capital

Apogem Capital is a private markets investment manager focused on the North American middle market rather than a life sciences operating company. Formed in 2022 by combining GoldPoint Partners, Madison Capital Funding, and PA Capital, the firm provides private credit, private equity, liquidity solutions, GP stakes, and private real assets strategies. Apogem is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company through New York Life Investment Management. The firm serves institutional and other sophisticated investors and reports approximately $44 billion of assets under management as of December 31, 2025. Although it may invest in healthcare companies as part of a diversified portfolio, it is not itself a biotech, pharma, medtech, CRO, or healthcare services company.
