ApolloLIMS was a U.S.-based laboratory information management system (LIMS) company serving clinical, public health, toxicology, molecular diagnostics, and reference laboratories. Rather than developing therapeutics, the company provided configurable enterprise software to manage laboratory workflow, compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency. ApolloLIMS was founded in 1994 and was associated with Common Cents Systems in Tennessee. In April 2022, ApolloLIMS was acquired by Clinisys, and the business and product were subsequently folded into the Clinisys brand as Clinisys ApolloLIMS. The company is best characterized as a commercial laboratory informatics vendor in the healthcare and life sciences infrastructure stack, not a drug-development biotech.
