Apple Patch Community

Apple Patch Community was a non-profit healthcare and social services organization based in Crestwood, Kentucky, specializing in support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Established in 1988, the organization provided a range of services including residential housing, vocational training, and community-based social programs. Its primary facility was a 20-acre campus designed to foster independence and community integration for its residents. In 2013, Apple Patch Community merged with Cedar Lake to form a larger network of care for the IDD community in the region, combining resources to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
