Aptis Biologics is a South Korean biotechnology company specializing in the development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). The company's core technology, AbClick, is a site-specific linker platform that enables the conjugation of drugs to native, non-engineered antibodies, significantly reducing development time and improving product homogeneity and stability. In December 2023, Aptis was acquired by Dong-A ST to bolster its oncology pipeline and expand its presence in the global ADC market. The company's lead program, AT-211, is a Claudin 18.2-targeted ADC currently in clinical development for the treatment of gastric and pancreatic cancers.
