Aqualor Active

Aqualor is a leading pharmaceutical brand specializing in seawater-based products for nasal and throat care, widely recognized in the Russian and CIS markets. Originally developed by Laboratoires de la Mer in France and later owned by the Russian company Protek, the brand and its associated entity were acquired by Stada Arzneimittel AG in 2013 for approximately €131 million. The product portfolio, which includes the Aqualor Active line, features sterilized, preservative-free seawater solutions used for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory respiratory diseases. Classified as medical devices, the products are offered in various isotonic and hypertonic formulations tailored for different age groups and clinical needs. Aqualor remains a strategic asset for Stada, maintaining a dominant position in the respiratory hygiene and congestion relief segments.
