The company developed the Caiman line of advanced bipolar electrosurgery instruments, which featured a proprietary jaw design to ensure uniform compression and secure seals in laparoscopic and open procedures. In 2010, Aragon Surgical was acquired by Aesculap, a subsidiary of B. Braun, which integrated the Caiman technology into its global surgical portfolio.
