Arbor Rapha Capital

Arbor Rapha Capital Bioholdings Corp. I was a healthcare-focused special purpose acquisition company formed in 2021 to pursue a business combination in the biopharmaceutical sector, particularly around disruptive technologies. It was founded by Arbor Rapha Capital, LLC and sponsored through affiliations with Rapha Capital Management and RNA Advisors. The company completed its IPO in October 2021 on Nasdaq and traded under the symbols ARCK, ARCKU, and ARCKW. It did not complete a de-SPAC transaction, experienced heavy shareholder redemptions, was delisted by Nasdaq in January 2023, and was subsequently liquidated in March 2023. It was not an operating drug developer and did not itself disclose a therapeutic pipeline.
