Arbrook

Arbrook was a prominent healthcare company and a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson that specialized in infection control and sterilization products. The company is most notably recognized for developing and commercializing CIDEX (glutaraldehyde), which became a global standard for the high-level disinfection of heat-sensitive medical and surgical instruments. In addition to chemical sterilants, Arbrook manufactured surgical gloves and other protective medical supplies. Its operations were eventually integrated into other Johnson & Johnson divisions, specifically Surgikos, and later became part of Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP).
