ARC Trauma, LLC is an innovative medical device company founded in 2019 to develop point-of-injury emergency care solutions. The company's flagship products, the Arterial Restriction Clamp (ARC) and the Laryngoscope Junctional-Arterial Restriction Clamp (L-ARC), received FDA 510(k) clearance in December 2025. These lightweight, multifunctional devices are designed to control traumatic neck bleeding by occluding the carotid artery without restricting other parts of the neck, freeing combat medics and emergency responders to treat other casualties. The L-ARC version integrates a laryngoscope to assist medical providers in securing a patient's airway while managing severe hemorrhage.
