Company intelligence / Profile preview
ARIUS developed a proprietary antibody discovery platform and built a pipeline of over 400–500 antibody candidates targeting cancer and other diseases. Several lead programs targeted cancer stem cell markers such as CD9 and CD44. The company was acquired by Roche in 2008 to access its FunctionFIRST™ screening platform for antibody therapeutics. No late-stage clinical results were reported prior to acquisition.
