Arkansas Provider Coalition

Arkansas Provider Coalition (APC) is a healthcare organization formed as a partnership between several prominent Arkansas-based health systems and medical centers. The coalition was established to participate in the state's Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) program, serving as a founding member and owner of Empower Healthcare Solutions. APC focuses on coordinating care for Medicaid beneficiaries with complex needs, particularly those requiring behavioral health services or support for intellectual and developmental disabilities.
