Overview
Artelo has three main clinical programs. ART26.12, a first-in-class selective FABP5 inhibitor for painful neuropathies, completed its first cohort in a Phase I trial with further results expected in mid–2025. ART27.13, originally developed by AstraZeneca, showed statistically significant weight gain in prior studies and is now in a Phase II trial for cancer-related anorexia/cachexia syndrome. ART12.11, a proprietary cannabidiol cocrystal composition with improved pharmacokinetics over standard CBD formulations, has shown promising nonclinical results; human studies are planned for late–2025.[3][6][8] No commercial products yet.
