Originally incorporated as Duncan Technology Group, the company transitioned to the Ascentia Biomedical name in 2005 and went public on the OTC Pink Sheets under the ticker ASCE. Its research portfolio included small-molecule compounds licensed from the University of Washington, targeting indications such as asthma, arthritis, and psoriasis. The company ceased its biomedical operations around 2010 after being renamed PanAm Terra and shifting its focus to agricultural ventures.
