Aspen API

Aspen API, operating through Aspen Oss B.V. in the Netherlands, is the active pharmaceutical ingredient and CDMO business of Aspen in Oss. The company manufactures and develops complex APIs with particular strength in high-potency compounds, steroids, peptides, narcotics, biochemical products and oncology-related APIs, and it supports customers from development through commercial supply. Aspen API markets an established portfolio of more than 52 APIs and also lists several APIs under development, including programs such as clascoterone, difelikefalin, goserelin, lanreotide, nusinersen and pegcetacoplan. Its peptide business highlights in-house cGMP manufacturing capabilities and a proprietary green large-scale peptide synthesis approach called GREEN CONTINUOUS LPPS. Aspen Oss is part of Aspen Pharmacare's manufacturing network and primarily serves pharmaceutical customers rather than building its own branded therapeutic pipeline.
