Associated Brands Income Fund was a Canadian open-ended trust that owned Associated Brands, a leading North American manufacturer and supplier of private-label dry blend food and household products. The company specialized in producing a wide range of products including flavored drink mixes, specialty teas, hot chocolate, sweeteners, and dessert mixes for major retailers and branded consumer goods companies. In addition to its food portfolio, it manufactured household items such as the J-Cloth brand of reusable towels. The fund was publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange until it was acquired and taken private by TorQuest Partners in 2007.
