The Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations (AAPCHO) is a national association of community health organizations dedicated to promoting advocacy, collaboration, and leadership that improves the health status and access of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (AA and NH/PI). Founded in 1987, AAPCHO represents community health centers and other community-based organizations that provide comprehensive, culturally and linguistically appropriate primary care services. The organization focuses on health equity, policy advocacy, and providing technical assistance to its member centers to enhance their capacity to serve diverse populations. AAPCHO also engages in research and data collection to address health disparities and social determinants of health affecting AA and NH/PI communities across the United States and its territories.
