Association of Minority Women Professionals

The Association of Minority Women Professionals (AMWP) is a professional development organization founded by Dr. Jacqueline Nwando Olayiwola to support and empower women of color in their professional journeys. The organization primarily focuses on the healthcare and medical sectors, providing a platform for networking, mentorship, and leadership training. AMWP is widely recognized for its "Minority Women Professionals (MWP) are MVPs" conference series and professional development programs, which have been hosted in various U.S. cities since 2017. By addressing systemic barriers and providing essential career tools, AMWP aims to increase the representation and success of minority women in high-level professional roles. The organization operates in close alignment with Inspire Health Solutions, LLC, to promote professional excellence and health equity.
