Overview

AstraGenomics has developed proprietary large-fragment gene writing technology using DNA transposon/retrotransposon systems capable of integrating up to 15kb fragments with high efficiency. Their non-viral CAR-T program has shown good efficacy in animal models. In vivo CAR-T solutions are also under preclinical development. Next catalyst update expected in mid 2026 includes animal model validation and IND-enabling studies for these technologies[2].
