Overview

AstralBio develops novel antibody therapeutics for cardiometabolic and immune-mediated diseases. Its lead programs target myostatin and Activin E to address obesity and muscle metabolism. In early 2025, it licensed a long-acting anti-myostatin antibody (IBIO-600) to iBio for obesity/muscle wasting.
