Atlantic Quality Innovation Network

The Atlantic Quality Innovation Network (AQIN) is a Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) that serves New York, South Carolina, and the District of Columbia under contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Led by IPRO, in partnership with HealthPlus Amerigroup and the South Carolina Hospital Association, AQIN works to improve the quality of care provided to Medicare beneficiaries. The organization focuses on large-scale healthcare initiatives including reducing healthcare-associated infections, improving chronic disease management, and enhancing care coordination. AQIN provides technical assistance, data-driven insights, and best practice sharing to healthcare providers across the continuum of care.
