Atlantic Street Veterinary Hospital, now operating as Veterinary Specialty Hospital - Roseville (VSH - Roseville), is a premier 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary center serving the Roseville and greater Sacramento areas. Originally established in the 1960s, the hospital has evolved from a large animal practice into a comprehensive small animal emergency and specialty facility. The center provides a wide range of advanced medical services, including critical care, internal medicine, surgery, and diagnostic imaging. In 2018, the hospital joined the Ethos Veterinary Health network, a national group of specialty and emergency hospitals. To accommodate its growing patient base, the practice relocated in 2024 to a new, state-of-the-art 21,000-square-foot facility equipped with advanced diagnostic tools like CT and MRI.
