Company intelligence / Profile preview
Attentus Pharmaceuticals was a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development of Antibody Recruiting Molecules (ARMs) for oncology. The company's lead asset, BHV-1100, was designed to target CD38-positive multiple myeloma cells by recruiting endogenous antibodies to the tumor surface to initiate immune-mediated destruction. This technology platform was developed in collaboration with Yale University and Kleo Pharmaceuticals. In January 2021, Biohaven Pharmaceutical acquired the intellectual property and remaining rights of Attentus to integrate the ARM platform into its own portfolio. The acquisition allowed for the streamlined development of BHV-1100 in combination with other therapies like autologous stem cell transplants.
