AurorA-TT

AurorA-TT is a Milan-based life-science technology transfer and venture-building company focused on translating academic and early research discoveries into investable biotech assets and companies. Founded in 2017, it works with universities, research institutes, biotech companies, patient foundations, clusters, and regional funds to scout, incubate, de-risk, and advance projects from discovery through preclinical development and toward partnering or licensing. The firm also supports fundraising, deal structuring, and company formation, and it invests in early-stage programs that can become stand-alone ventures or partnered assets. Its therapeutic interests span oncology, hematology, cardiology, immunology, neurodegeneration, infectious disease, and other high-unmet-need areas. AurorA-TT also helped launch AurorA Science, an affiliated biotech investment vehicle with industrial partners Rottapharm Biotech and Italfarmaco.
