Hangzhou Ausia Biological Technology, commonly known as Ausia Biotech, is a major Chinese pharmaceutical company and contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) founded in 1993. The company is a specialist in the manufacturing of sterile freeze-dried powder injections and operates five GMP-certified aseptic production workshops in Hangzhou. Ausia Biotech provides a full suite of aseptic preparation solutions for a diverse range of modalities, including small molecules, monoclonal antibodies, peptides, and siRNA. The company is also actively developing an internal therapeutic pipeline with clinical-stage programs in neurology, pain management, and anti-infectives. Strategically, Ausia Biotech is a member of the Zhejiang Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) platform and has established the Trans-Pacific Aseptic Institute of Training to promote global manufacturing excellence. Since 2015, the company has been a majority-owned subsidiary of Hainan Shuangcheng Pharmaceuticals.
