Australian American Pharmaceutical Company

Australian American Pharmaceutical Company (AAPC) was a specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer based in West St. Paul, Minnesota, that focused on the development and production of liquid and semi-solid dosage forms. The company specialized in topical generic medications, including creams, ointments, and gels, and served as a contract manufacturing organization (CMO) for the broader pharmaceutical industry. AAPC was acquired by Paddock Laboratories in 2005, which integrated AAPC's manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio into its own operations. Following Paddock's acquisition by Perrigo in 2011 and the subsequent divestiture of Perrigo's generics business, the legacy of AAPC now resides within the Padagis organization.
