Company intelligence / Profile preview
ADNAT (Avancées Diagnostiques pour de Nouvelles Approches Thérapeutiques) is a French biotechnology company specializing in the development and commercialization of molecular diagnostic kits for hematology and oncology. Founded in 2005 as a spin-off from the University of Limoges, the company focused on creating standardized tools for monitoring minimal residual disease (MRD) in leukemia patients. Its core expertise lies in quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology, particularly for the detection and quantification of the BCR-ABL1 fusion transcript in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. ADNAT's products were among the first to facilitate the standardization of results according to the International Scale (IS), providing critical data for patient management. In 2010, the company was acquired by ELITechGroup, which integrated ADNAT's specialized portfolio into its Molecular Diagnostics division. Today, the technology developed by ADNAT continues to serve clinical laboratories worldwide under the ELITech brand, supporting precision medicine in oncology.
