Avante Health Solutions is a U.S.-based healthcare equipment company focused on the sale, refurbishment, repair, installation, parts supply, rental, and technical support of medical, surgical, patient monitoring, ultrasound, and diagnostic imaging equipment. The company serves hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, asset managers, and physician practices through depot and field-based service operations. Its business is centered on extending the lifecycle and improving the cost efficiency of capital medical equipment rather than developing therapeutics. In February 2025, the company announced it had exited bankruptcy and been acquired by an affiliate of Staple Street Capital, after which it consolidated its legal entities under Avante Health Solutions, LLC.
