Axeleos Therapeutics is a Lyon-based biotechnology company focused on developing innovative cancer immunotherapies that target the TGF-beta (Transforming Growth Factor beta) pathway. A spin-off from the Cancer Research Center of Lyon (CRCL) and the Centre Léon Bérard, the company leverages proprietary insights into the regulation of TGF-beta within the tumor microenvironment to develop highly selective monoclonal antibodies. These therapies are designed to neutralize the immunosuppressive effects of TGF-beta, thereby re-activating the patient's immune system against solid tumors.
