Axial Medical is a U.S.-based medical device contract manufacturer focused on precision machining and production of orthopaedic and spine implants. The company supports customers from prototype through production and specializes in products such as anatomic plates, cannulated screws, expandable cages, PEEK spacers, pedicle screw systems, soft tissue anchors, and other complex implant assemblies. Its manufacturing capabilities emphasize 5-axis CNC milling, Swiss turning, wire EDM, PEEK machining, metrology, and in-house finishing processes. Axial Medical operates an ISO 13485:2016-certified, FDA-registered facility in the Philadelphia area and serves spine, trauma, extremities, reconstructive, foot and ankle, and sports medicine markets. In January 2024, the company became a subsidiary of the Acrotec Group, expanding its backing within the medtech manufacturing sector.
