Ayass BioScience operates a CLIA-certified laboratory providing advanced genetic/laboratory tests including next generation sequencing-based hereditary cancer/cardiac/neuro assessments, pharmacogenetics, cytokine profiling, allergen component-resolved diagnostics as well as COVID‑19 RT-PCR/sequencing. The company has pioneered the use of artificial intelligence tools such as MoNet to predict patient outcomes from large-scale molecular datasets. It also conducts R&D into novel aptamer-based diagnostics and therapeutics targeting allergies/coagulation/cancer/COVID. Their F420 transcriptome AI analysis program enables high-resolution gene expression studies but remains research-use only at present. During the pandemic they were among Texas’ leading COVID test centers with rapid turnaround times and contributed to early identification of Delta/Omincron variants locally through genomic surveillance efforts.
