Azienda USL di Forlì was a public healthcare authority responsible for the management and delivery of health services in the Forlì district of the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. The organization operated the prominent Morgagni-Pierantoni Hospital, which gained international recognition for its excellence in robotic surgery, thoracic surgery, and oncology. In addition to hospital care, the entity managed primary care, prevention programs, and community health services for the local population. In January 2014, Azienda USL di Forlì was merged with the health units of Cesena, Ravenna, and Rimini to establish the unified Azienda USL della Romagna. This merger aimed to streamline administrative functions and integrate clinical pathways across the Romagna territory. Today, its former facilities continue to operate as key hubs within the larger regional health network.
