AzoPharma

AzoPharma was a full-service contract research and manufacturing organization (CRMO) that provided integrated product development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Headquartered in Florida, the company offered a broad spectrum of services including analytical chemistry, formulation development, synthetic chemistry, and clinical trial material manufacturing. AzoPharma was designed to be a one-stop-shop for drug development, operating specialized divisions such as AzoBiologics, AzoClinical, and AzoStats. During its operation, it supported numerous clients in transitioning drug candidates from pre-clinical stages through to clinical trials. The company ceased all operations in 2010 following a period of financial instability and the subsequent liquidation of its facilities and equipment.
