BAIT Therapeutics

BAIT Therapeutics was a U.S. biotechnology company founded in 2018 to develop engineered cell therapies for serious autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The company initially operated in stealth mode and focused on T-cell engineering and synthetic biology approaches, including CAR-T and synthetic regulatory T-cell concepts. In October 2019, BAIT Therapeutics changed its name to Kyverna Therapeutics as the business emerged publicly and advanced its autoimmune cell therapy strategy.
