Bar-Ray Products was a U.S.-based manufacturer of personal radiation protection products used primarily in diagnostic imaging, interventional care, and other radiation-exposed environments. The company specialized in X-ray aprons, lead-free and lightweight protective garments, shields, barriers, eyewear, gloves, storage products, and related accessories for radiology and hospital customers. Founded in 1930 and based in Littlestown, Pennsylvania, Bar-Ray operated as a commercial-stage healthcare equipment company rather than a therapeutics developer. The business has since been acquired and merged into Burlington Medical, which now markets radiation protection products across the combined organization.
