Basic Reset

Basic Reset was a private Tennessee health and wellness company that marketed and distributed dietary supplements, CBD products, over-the-counter drug-like products, and at least one medical device from Hendersonville, Tennessee. The company appears to have operated primarily in the consumer wellness and alternative health market rather than as a traditional biotech or pharmaceutical developer. In 2019, the U.S. Department of Justice and FDA announced a consent decree permanently enjoining Basic Reset and related parties from distributing products until they complied with federal requirements, and FDA later announced a recall covering numerous Basic Reset and Biogenyx product lines. Available evidence indicates the Tennessee corporate entity later became inactive/terminated. It does not appear to have a conventional drug-development pipeline or clinical-stage therapeutic programs.
