Bay Area Community Health (BACH) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive healthcare services in the San Francisco Bay Area. The organization was established in 2020 following the merger of Tri-City Health Center and Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center. BACH operates numerous clinic sites across Southern Alameda and Santa Clara counties, serving over 100,000 diverse patients annually.
