Bayless Integrated Healthcare is a Phoenix-based healthcare provider specializing in the integration of primary care and behavioral health services. Founded in 1982, the company pioneered a 'whole person' approach to wellness, combining physical, emotional, and social healthcare under one roof. Its comprehensive service suite includes family medicine, pediatrics, addiction treatment, and psychiatric care, delivered through physical clinics and a robust telehealth platform. In December 2020, Magellan Health acquired a majority stake in the company, which was subsequently integrated into Centene Corporation following its acquisition of Magellan. In July 2023, the organization was rebranded as Denova Collaborative Health as part of a transition that returned the Bayless name to the founding family.
