It operates as a commercial-stage supplier and manufacturing partner rather than a therapeutics developer, supporting customers from assay concept through scale-up, regulatory support, and ISO 13485-certified production. BBI serves diagnostics, pharma, and life-science customers globally through a multi-site footprint across Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia. The business is majority owned by Novo Holdings following its 2021 acquisition of BBI Group.
