BCF Technology

BCF Technology is a veterinary imaging company founded in Scotland that became part of IMV Technologies in December 2017 and was subsequently folded into the IMV imaging brand. The business develops, manufactures, distributes, and supports diagnostic imaging equipment and related software for veterinary and livestock applications. Its historical product focus has centered on portable and wearable ultrasound systems for bovine, ovine, equine, and companion animal use, alongside broader imaging offerings including X-ray, PACS, CT, and MRI solutions. BCF was an early innovator in rugged on-farm ultrasound, including water-resistant wearable bovine scanners and accessories such as head-mounted display systems. Today, the legacy BCF business operates commercially through IMV imaging as part of the IMV Technologies group.
