Originally established as the manufacturing arm of the UK-based retailer Boots, the company was acquired by the French industrial group Fareva in 2017. BCM operates major manufacturing facilities in the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, providing end-to-end services from formulation and testing to large-scale production and packaging.
