Bebashi - Transition To Hope

Bebashi - Transition to Hope is a community-based healthcare and social services organization headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Established in 1985, it was the first African American organization in the United States specifically dedicated to addressing the HIV/AIDS epidemic within the Black community. Today, the organization provides a broad spectrum of services including primary medical care, HIV/STI testing and prevention, and breast cancer screenings. Additionally, Bebashi operates a food pantry and offers social support services to address the social determinants of health for low-income and marginalized populations.
