Overview

Beckley Psytech has completed enrollment in a global Phase IIb study of BPL-003, their proprietary intranasal formulation of synthetic 5-MeO-DMT for Treatment Resistant Depression. Initial Phase IIa data showed rapid onset and durable antidepressant effects from a single dose with good tolerability. Topline results from the ongoing Phase IIb trial are expected mid to late 2025. Their second candidate ELE-101, an intravenous formulation of psilocin targeting Major Depressive Disorder, is in early clinical stages with initial results anticipated in the first half of 2024[3][5][6][7][9].
