Company intelligence / Profile preview
Beijing Zhongcheng Jianxin Investment Service Co., Ltd. (later renamed Beijing Zhongcheng Jianxin Trading Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese pharmaceutical company established in 1998. The company is best known for its early development and patenting of Tiloronoxim Hydrochloride, a small molecule drug candidate designed to treat silicosis (pneumoconiosis) and pulmonary fibrosis. Beijing Zhongcheng Jianxin partnered with the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention to advance the drug. The development of Tiloronoxim Hydrochloride (also known as BKP-01-041) was later transitioned to Jiangsu Burke Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which advanced the candidate into Phase 2 clinical trials. Although Beijing Zhongcheng Jianxin's business registration has since been revoked, its early contributions laid the groundwork for this novel anti-fibrotic therapy.
