Bend Health

Bend Health is a U.S. virtual-first pediatric and youth mental health company that provides coaching, therapy, psychiatry, virtual intensive outpatient care, neuropsychological testing, and urgent behavioral health support for children, teens, young adults, and families. The company partners with health plans, health systems, pediatricians, and employers, and uses a collaborative care model in which behavioral care managers, coaches, therapists, and psychiatric providers coordinate treatment. Bend focuses on broad behavioral health needs ranging from preventive support to higher-acuity mental health and substance use care, with services generally delivered through telehealth and covered by insurance. Founded in Madison, Wisconsin, Bend built a national pediatric behavioral health footprint before being acquired by Lyra Health in July 2025. It remains an active operating business and brand within Lyra's whole-family mental health strategy.
