Overview
At the time of its acquisition by Teva in July 2008, Bentley Pharmaceuticals was a leading Spanish-focused generic pharmaceutical company with approximately 130 marketed products. Its proprietary drug delivery business was spun off as CPEX Pharmaceuticals before the acquisition.
