Overview

The company has a portfolio of at least 19 commercialized products with significant expertise in oncology and biologics. It was acquired by Amgen in 2011 to strengthen Amgen’s presence in Latin America. In October 2022, Blau Pharmaceuticals signed an agreement to acquire the company from Amgen for $28 million.
